Clinical Pilates
What is it?
Clinical Pilates is a physio-led program tailored specifically to your body, your goals, and your health history. It’s ideal for people recovering from injury, managing pain, or needing targeted support to move safely and build strength.
We start with a full assessment, then create a customised plan using the Reformer and other equipment. It’s guided, progressive, and made just for you.
Clinical Pilates is one-on-one or small group classes (maximum of 4 people). It's ideal for people recovering from injury, managing pain, or needing targeted support to move safely and build strength.
Who is it for?
- People recovering from surgery or injury
- Chronic pain conditions (e.g. back, hip, pelvic)
- Postnatal or women’s health rehab
We start with a full assessment, then create a customised plan using the Reformer and other equipment. It’s guided, progressive, and tailored to you.


Standard Reformer Pilates
What is it?
It’s low-impact, joint-friendly, and works your whole body. Whether you're new to exercise or just want to feel stronger and more mobile, Reformer is a fun and supportive way to move. Our standard classes have a maximum of 6 people per session.
Led by qualified instructors, these small group classes focus on:
- Strength and flexibility
- Core control
- Posture and balance
- Everyday mobility
Who is it for?
- Anyone wanting to improve overall strength, mobility & core stability
- People without acute injuries (but still looking for joint-friendly training)
- Those wanting a consistent, supportive Pilates routine or to just get fit!
